A PROPOSED 20-story hotel and apartment building in Kew Gardens, Queens, has come to be known among some of its opponents as the Pasta Lovers Hotel, though it is yet to be built or even named. Many of those critics live in an eight-story co-op building that would lie in the hotel’s shadow.

More than 12 hours later, the cow appeared outside Forest Park, Park Lane and 107th Street. She tried to go on the lam again, leading officers on a wild, nine block chase. She was finally reigned in at 116th Street.
