Between 33rd and 36th on 3rd Ave no one cleans outside their stores it seems like it is a garbage dump! I feel all Store fronts and Restaurant should be responbile and clean every day outside. It is sad to see this going on. I live on 35th between 3rd & 2nd Ave. Truly discusted with the way the sidewalks look, isn't someone responable for this? I have lived in this neigborhood for over 18years and this is the worst it has ever been, is this not a health issue?
    Very upset,
