    Southbound traffic on the Bruckner Expressway was delayed and rerouted for about 10 hours today after the back of a dump truck hit a pedestrian footbridge in the Pelham Bay section of the Bronx, taking out about half of the bridge. No one was killed, but the driver of the truck was hospitalized for observation.
