Deutsche Bank branch renews lease at 345 Park Avenue
Deutsche Investment Management Americas, a unit of Deutsche Bank, has renewed its 150,000-square-foot space at 345 Park Avenue, between 51st and 52nd streets. The 10-year lease at Rudin Management's building goes into effect in January 2010. The asking rent was not disclosed, but it is estimated to be more than $100 per square foot. Deutsche Investment Management Americas has been at 345 Park Avenue since 2001 when it took over Scudder Investments, which had been in the building since the 1970s.
