NYPD daily blotter
Jesus Morales, 36, belted the man in the face on Second Avenue near East 26th Street at about 10:40 p.m. Thursday, cops said. The victim was knocked out cold. Police were called, and Morales was arrested on assault charges, the DA's spokeswoman said.
