    Derek King, 34, was arrested on July 3, at 10:25 a.m., outside of 215 Lakeview Place — a narrow street just off of Broadway in North Riverdale — for allegedly swinging a sword at one man on the site. According to Mr. King’s criminal complaint on file in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, he swung the sword twice, missing the 34-year-old man’s leg and instead striking the ladder he was standing on.
