One man has been shot to death and a second man has been wounded in the Bronx. The shooting happened just after 4 a.m. Saturday in an apartment on Story Avenue in the Soundview section. Police said the first victim, a 43-year-old man, was shot once in the head and once in the chest. He was pronounced dead at Jacobi Medical Center.
