After winning the approval of the City Council and Board 8, a portion of Terrace View Avenue, between Adrian Avenue and Teunissen Place, will be officially renamed Michael Pichardo Way on June 20. It was once the location of the now-defunct Marble Hill Neighborhood Improvement Corporation, where Mr. Pichardo served as executive director.
