    Victor Grinberg, 39, of the 200 block of Slater Boulevard in Midland Beach smashed into another vehicle, totaling his car in the process, police said. His blood alcohol level measured at .233 percent on the scene, nearly triple the .08 percent legal threshold, according to court papers.
