    On Friday afternoon, Brian Pair, 25, of the 300 block of Ridgecrest Avenue in Eltingville, rear-ended an SUV at a stop sign at the corner of Amboy Road, cops said. He smelled of booze, and admitted that he had been drinking, but refused a blood test, police said.
