    Habika Hickman, 30, was arrested and charged with murder for fatally stabbing a 30-year-old Kensington woman, police said. Police sources said the two women had an ongoing dispute. Cops were investigating what touched off Sunday's violence. Cops found the victim, whom they did not identify, with several knife wounds about 7 a.m. inside the E. 22nd St. building where both women lived.
