• Middle Village WOMAN SUES GROPING POL

  The 52-year-old victim claims Dennis Gallagher raped and assaulted her in a local bar last year. Gallagher pleaded guilty to a lesser sex-abuse charge and resigned in return for no jail time. But the victim said last night, "It's not enough. He got away with a ticket." Gallagher, a Republican from Middle Village, said he'd be vindicated.
