I haven't yet tried it, but I hear the burger at John Brown Smokehouse is phenomenal. They grill it and then smoke it a bit to get that smokey taste. Unfortunately it also takes an extra 20 minutes to get, and their other food is so fantastic... I never quite get to the burger!
