  • 1630 East 102nd Street Five Men Die in a Spate of Violence in New York

    In Canarsie, Brooklyn, the police said, Ramel Fletcher, 29, of Rockaway Parkway, was stabbed in the neck and throat at 12:30 a.m. on a sidewalk at 1630 East 102nd Street. Neighbors said on Sunday afternoon that Mr. Fletcher had been part of a crowd of young people who had been fighting.
